It is standard for Federal Facilities to release prisoners into local holding jails as prisoners await deportation. The exceptions are if a prisoner is a paid informant for the FBI or local police, they are granted a low key release and their whereabouts are usually hidden for period of time so not to look to obvious.
ReplyDeleteThanx better u say it than me, This was April 9th I don't know if they cud be holding him 4 deportation n till now so I guess it's maybe option #2....Flippa don't know how u going 2 face Jamaica after this.Poor Marsha she must be having a hard time dealing w/this change in her life.
