ReplyDeleteMy apologies Kizzy if I implied that you were siding with Shaw, (blogged posted at 8:05 am) but you must admit that a number of things are missing here.
ReplyDeleteLets put on our detectives hats for a minute and examine the plot.
Evidence: 1. The video clearly shows that Ian and Shaw are the two men involved. (So leave out Sloane and Ellis)
2. It appears that both men are conscious of their actions and the conversations substantiate that.
3. Based of my close examination of the video, Ian didn't appear to hae knowledge that he was being recording. Hence i'm sighting malicious intent from teh onset on Shaws part. Suffice to say, Shaw is the culprit behind the unfolding of this all and his attempts to play the victim holds no water roun here.
I cite exhibit B, which is the Star Newspaper report, titled "Business Taped in Homo Act." Both parties claimed they not gay (which is not my issue as the evidence speaks for it self.)
4. The attempts by Shaw to drag Sloane into the fray failed from the video when he continued with his loading questioning to Ian, some were attempting to implicate Sloane, but Ian did not take the bait. (Conclude, leave Sloane out of this, as this is malicious and down right dirty
5. Dis boy Shaw needs some serious help, Obviously!! He stated to you Kizzy that Ian needs to be, "Stopped in his tracks becuase he messes with underaged boys." Again, nothing in this video substantiate that.
6. What it reveals is Shaw history of Skulduggery, lies, deceit and him being a pedophile. I point to the video. Near the end Shaw brings up a story of how he was beaten by Norman Horne for kidnapping his son and attempted rape. The surprised one here was Ian and this is when he stopped the video as Ian rose from his massage chair.
7. Conclusion: If I were you Kizzy, as you collect my data for your blog, bare in mind that apart from the video, everything else is heresy and not even circumstantial at best. Dont jeopardize peoples live, integrity and place their lives at risk over something that is clearly malicious. I suggest that you remove pics regarding the other parties until you can substantiate them being there. I have seen pics of Bruce & Ian (many others), Shaw & many others. Does this mean anything at all??? NO ONE DAM TING!!! Awaiting your reply. (LegalMind)
I soo agree with "LegalMind",that the other parties,excluding Shaw and Ian,should be left out of the saga until physical evidence can corroborate their involvement...As i stated on pt2 of the Interview,the more Shaw open's his mouth,the more you can see that he's nothing but a vindictive,bitter,jilted lover,out for revenge.
