The businessman had found favour with members of the political organisation as he had the right image. But since news broke of the video clips which show him in a sexual act with a 'talkative' male, prominent partymembers have been saying "not in my party".

A member of the Tivoli Gardens-based Presidential Click, who allegedly shot at police at the Denham Town Police Station just hours after reporting there in relation to another matter, was further remanded yesterday when he appeared in the High Court Division of the Gun Court.

Colin Mann, also known as ‘Gummy Bear’, was remanded until July 23, following a failed bail application.

The police are alleging that on the afternoon of May 23, the West Kingston resident fired at police at the station after going there in the morning for his regular report, a condition of his bail in relation to another charge.

Mann was recognised and arrested the following day. He was charged with two counts of shooting with intent. He had been on bail on a similar charge when he allegedly committed the second shooting offence.

The last incident occurred as gunmen loyal to former Tivoli Gardens don Christopher ‘Dudus’ Coke challenged lawmen and set fire to the Hannah Town and Darling Street police stations in their attempt to prevent Coke’s capture.

SEAN KINGSTON ACCUSED OF SEXUAL ASSUALT

20 yr old Singer Sean Kingston has been accused of sexual assault, but sources say cops don't believe the woman.

The alleged incident occurred Sunday night, at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Seattle.  Sources say two women showed up for a party in one of the hotel rooms.  Kingston was present. Case of groupie gone mad?

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ...  the women were both intoxicated when they arrived, with bottles of vodka and beer in hand.  One of the women claims Kingston had sex with her, and, as one source says, "She was very aggressive."  Kingston then left the party and went to another room on the same floor.The second woman, we're told, also had sex with someone in the room.

The fire department and ambulance was called and transported both women 19 and 20 years of age to a hospital where rape tests and test 4 Rufinol was done. The results or not yet in.

Several vendors, who operate in business district of downtown Kingston have called on police to intensify their efforts to clamp down on suspected extortionists operating in the commercial hub.

“I am still to carryout a review of the crime statistics but until then I cannot say much on the issue, I will however look into the matter,” Deputy Superintendent Horace Creary from Kingston West Police Division said.

“We happy for what the police doing but we need to see them more,” one vendor said.

“This is true but sometime we cannot talk we afraid,” said another vendor, who seemed to be a spokesperson for a small group.
