Addi might make it 2 Sumfest...Both DJ Vybz Kartel and Sandra Coke (Sister of Christopher "Dudus" Coke) were given walking papers this weekend. Vybz Kartel was released Appr. 7 pm yesterday evening after being detained n questioned as person of interest by the hundred man police in Portmore. He was held in custody for 2 wks under the current State of Emergency Act in St. Catherine. Sandra Coke is released with strict orders that she may not return to Tivoli Gardens and she will be closely monitored by police.
