MINOR EARTHQUAKE HITS JAMAICA

A minor earthquake measuring 3.0 on the Richter scale was felt in Gordon Town, St Andrew last night. The University of the West Indies (UWI) Earthquake Unit reported today that the incident took place about 10:13 pm. The focal depth of the earthquake was 10 kilometres, meaning that the tremor was 10km deep. There have been no reports of damage.
