BRUCE GOLDING SUES ABC OVER "DUDUS" STORY


LAWYERS representing Prime Minister Bruce Golding have written to United States-based news network ABC seeking redress for a recent newscast referring to Golding as a criminal affiliate’ of Christopher ‘Dudus’ Coke. 

"It is being pursued as we speak," Information Minister Daryl
Vaz told journalists at today’s post cabinet press briefing held at Jamaica House."

  1. The application by attorneys acting on behalf of Christopher 'Dudus' Coke to have his arrest warrant quashed has been thrown out by the Supreme Court. The signed extradition request and warrant therefore remain in effect

    forces today on Bread Lane in Denham Town, West Kingston. Four hundred
    and thirty nine rounds of ammunition were also seized.
    Police say the guns were a 9mm Sig Sauer, a 9mm Browning and a 9mm Smith and Wesson. The latest find brings the total haul of illegal firearms to 74 since
    the Security Forces launched their joint operation in Denham Town and
    Tivoli Gardens on Monday, May 24."
